I need to find a pretty console table like this one!
I have a mirror that I think I will paint the frame and flank with two pretty sconces.
I came across this designer and am truly smitten with her clean, simple lines. Oh, and her colour palette is exactly what I am doing in my home. I am so happy to have found her and am very much inspired by these gorgeous interiors!!

This bar car is exactly what I have been hoping to find for the small area in my dining room table. The only problem, where to I place all my wine glasses? any suggestions??

Love that wall of mirrors, aged and an ever so slight bevel at the edge. Really adore the graphic pattern it makes on the wall. *sigh* and how sweet is that shell dresser!!
I love anything that is adorned with sea shells.
The rug reminds me of the carpet tiles I will be getting from Interface Carpets for my living room/dining room.

oh, that sofa. Simple profile with white slip cover, just what I want in my living room!!!
and how pretty is that white chair with gilded frame!

and this bedroom is just pure romance!!!!
The moody walls, the cosy bed with it's beautiful upholstered head & foot boards.
The linens just casually tossed on the bed
flanked by two smartly painted night tables!!
Why am I just finding this amazing designer!! She truly is an inspiration.
I was going to paint my living room & dining room a lighter shade (similar to the shell dresser colour) than my bedroom (my bedroom is the same colour as above) now I am thinking, I should paint the whole house this moody grey!!! and include some black wall covering in the dining room!
What do you all think??

ReplyDeletenot sure what colour they used, it wasn't sourced in the article.

Go for it Callie - the grey colour is wonderful and works with every mood. For your dining room - I would perhaps mount bracketed shelves directly on a spare wall, distress the wood in a flat flaky white colour and store your glasses there. xv
ReplyDeleteLove those pictures, all of those rooms are so inviting, cozy, beautiful. Definitely go for the grey!
ReplyDeleteLove the dark grey - I have to stop looking at these pics before I get tempted to pick up a paintbrush myself!
ReplyDeleteI've just fallen in love with that mirror wall! Love the effect and the texture it gives.
ReplyDeleteAnd as grey's my favourite color thanks for showing it can work!
Just fell in love with the mirror wall! love the texture and the atmosphere it gives to the room!
ReplyDeleteI recently painted my room the exact shade of grey in the last picture. I was very skeptical at first but it turned out GREAT! I have all blacks and whites and my accent color is bright red. I have a few bright red throw pills and some other red pieces around the room. I love it!
ReplyDeletei like the idea of a variation in shades throughout the rooms. i don't know though, post pictures, i'm anxious to see it!
ReplyDeleteSo, so pretty. LOVE the bedroom.
ReplyDeleteI love that bar car, too. If you were to put the bottles on the top shelf, could you somehow hang the wine glasses from underneath, and then use the bottom shelf for shallower items, like coasters, corkscrews, and swizzles? I don't know how much work you actually want to do, but just a thought! We have all our wine glasses in a separate chest and are just looking for a bar car for the actual bottles, so this is right up my alley:)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness--those spaces are just divine!!!! I definitley think you should go for the overall moody gray! Worth a shot, right!? Happy Monday!
ReplyDeleteOh, my! LOVE LOVE those spaces. Love tha black polytherane trellis on the black wall--so cool! I say definitley go for the moody gray all over!!!
ReplyDeleteso elegant and chic!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous - that white just pops against that grey in the first image. I don't think I have any grey in my house... but I think I might need to add some.
ReplyDeleteI'm absolutely loving gray walls right now! I would love to see you do it. This whole house is so swankym I can see why you find it so inspirational. And hey, I've moved, my blog that is. I'm just letting my blog buddies know. :)
ReplyDeleteStunning spaces! I love the mix of different grays, whites, and blacks. So elegant and chic!
ReplyDeleteThese rooms are just gorgeous. Love them! And the bar cart. Wondering if you could do cool shelving somehow with wine glasses on the wall?
ReplyDeleteI looooove it! I love that bed, I love everything about this! I don't know if I'm brave enough for gray walls, but this place is just fab.
ReplyDeleteCallie, Love the images in this post! Gorgeous! I'm getting ready to go grey with my family room I think!
