I adore Jamie Oliver along with the rest of the world. He is an amazing chef, father and husband AND designer of a secret addiction of mine: China. I have known about this problem I have for years, it began when I was about 12. It began with the innocent tea cups then on to whole sets. I have quite a few different patterns but I do mix and match them. AND I do use them!!
Well, on to Jamie.... I found these wonderfully adorable dishes he designed. Provencial gone contemporary with the sweet blue rims!
Fluted large serving platter
Fluted rice bowl and Fluted dip bowl
Fluted 1.5 pint sauce jug
My favorite!! there is also a cream jug!
Fluted plates for dinner and salad.
what is really awesome, they are all on sale!!!
what is your secret collecting addiction?? Do tell......
xx

I love this color blue lately! Our dishes are a yellow/mustard color, very pretty, but I'm thinking lately I'm ready to move on. And you said "sale" . . . I'm all about sales!!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteso pretty. Didn't know he designed china too....where on earth have I been!
ReplyDeleteI have to say, I'm a bit of a collector when it comes to Redwing pottery....make it stop ;)
Love your pretty blog, btw.
How did I not know about his china collection???. They are just beautiful and I love that shade of blue. I nearly got to his new restaurant yesterday in Cambridge but was foiled by hubby's need of a Thai. But I promise to report what it was like when I get there :)
ReplyDeleteCould Jamie Oliver do anything else? Seriously, he's the new Vera Wang.
ReplyDeleteI do - however - love this collection. The shade of blue is perfect and I love that they're designed in a classic yet country style. Provencial gone contemporary is the perfect description!
