For my sister & mum, I am making crochet grocery bags as posted here, then I am filling with really cool stuff! I always buy my gifts on line and ship directly to my sisters house. Makes it easier when I fly!! Learned that the first year I had to fly back, TSA unwrapped all my gifts!! Here is some of the items in my shopping cart!! I don't know what I"m doing for gifts yet but obviously need to kick it in gear. Usually I give my friends stuff from my line but guys--a whole other story. What to give guys? Any suggestions? I need the gamut from my vintage dealer, business partner, and a romantic one too!

wow, great ideas. i am attempting to learn how to knit for gifts! and i am really loving buying things off etsy and sending directly to friends, though those are casual "thinking of you" gifts.

happy weekend! hmmm, i've put a few things aside only for my sister so far. took my son to portland maine a few weeks ago for the weekend and to look at a college and picked up a few odds and ends, unique items. also paper white bulbs for me, and a pretty pot for indoors, that are just about to bloom in time for thanksgiving. my son, i'd love to get him a kindle. he's a huge reader. that's it so far ;)
