THANKFUL: family and friends

I am thankful for all my friends and family!

Today, is a day of reflection and great-fullness.  I live far from my family and only fly to the West Coast at Christmas, so Thanksgiving is a time I spend with my friends.  Today, the weather is warmer outside than usually {bummer, no snow!!}
I have lots of plans......

first, I am pulling out my holiday decorations because this year! YES, this year I am putting up my decorations instead of them sitting in a box because I was too busy with work to decorate my house for Christmas.  {No worries my friends, tree trimming party is being planned for December 17th!}

Then, I will prepare my cheese plate and wrap the bottles of wine for dinner.  I will walk to my good friends house, Brian and Nicole! They were kind enough to invite me to join them in celebrating this wonderful day of Thankfulness and I am thankful for my friends!

And I am thankful for all my blogger friends who over the years I have gotten to know and some of you I have met!  Thank you for following along, and I am looking forward to new inspiration for blogging over the next few months..... I will be getting my ipad next week and then off on a road trip to Lexington, Kentucky the second weekend in December! so excited to document that little road trip.
